Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday
– Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Pacific. Orders can be
placed 24 hours a day / 7 days a week online.

Q: How do I figure out sizing for my
child?
A: You can view our sizing chart here.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Most orders ship out the same day.
Once an order is shipped a confirmation email is automatically sent.
Q: Will I be contacted regarding my order
if it is delayed in any way?
A: Yes, you will be contacted by E-Mail
regarding difference in shipping charges or if there is a back order
by one of our Customer Service Reps.
Q:: How long does it take to receive items
that I have requested to get embroidered?
A: Embroidery normally takes 3-5 business
days to produce. Please keep in mind that this does not include transit
time.
Q: How and where can I track my order?
A: When an order is shipped an automatic
email is sent to inform you with your tracking number and requested
delivery address.
Q: Is Saturday considered a business day
for UPS?
A: Saturday is not considered a standard
business day for UPS. Please call us if you need UPS –
Saturday Delivery (please note this service is not available in all
areas)
Q: How do your goals Ship?
A: All but our World Cup and Euro Goals
ship UPS. If you are interested in our 4” round goals please
give us a call to provide a Freight Quote.
Q: I’m having trouble setting
up my goal. What do I do?
A: Feel free to give us a call with all
your goal assembly needs. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you
with all your needs.
Q: I would like to pay with a check, who
do I make the check out to?
A: Please make out your check to Sator

Q: Who do I call to order training
material and badges?
A: We take care of the ordering process
from our location and forward them to AYSO National for fulfillment.

Q: How and where do I register my child?
A: Regions handle registration themselves
– we can help you find your region if needed.
Q: Can I bill the Region directly for the
online order that I’m placing?
A: If you are an authorized purchaser for
the Region, Yes. Please contact your Regional Rep for
instructions on placing the order.
